Returns

Full details for all of our policies can be found in our Terms and Conditions; this page provides an overview of our Return policies only.

IMPORTANT: Most returns are needed because the wrong size product was ordered, or the color wasn't exactly as anticipated.
 
  • If you are unsure of the size that you need, let us assist you before you purchase a product by offering our expertise on sizing via telephone, Live Chat, or email, whichever is the most convenient for you.
  • Remember that different settings and resolutions make colors appear differently on electronic devices. You should never rely solely on how colors appear on your computer screen, smartphone, or other electronic device. To help you get an idea of the true color, we happily send free swatch samples upon request so that you can get a real look at the material and color.



Our return policies are as follows:

Time frame for returns: within 10 days of delivery
Return Authorization Number: required for returned products; contact us for your RA#. No packages will be accepted that are missing this number on the box or shipping label.
Product condition: must be in new, unused, and unlaundered condition
Non-returnable items: any custom product, custom size item, or cut yardage

Returned products are subject to inspection before a refund is processed.
 
Under no circumstances is expedited shipping refundable (i.e., 2nd Day Air / 2 Day, Next Day Air / Overnight, and the like).
 
All returns must meet the general guidelines outlined above.

Customers may then choose from any one of the four options depending on the circumstance:

Returns

Return shipping: this cost is the responsibility of the customer
Restocking fee: 30% on all returned items (why a restocking fee?)
Refund time period: typically received within 3-10 business days, but can vary by bank or credit card issuer
Shipping: if outbound shipping was paid by customer, it is not refundable


Defects or Incorrect Orders

Inspect all packages and contents immediately upon delivery!

Definition: defective items, incorrect item(s) shipped, or portion of order is missing
Claim period: all claims must be made within 10 days from delivery
Shipping: we will ship any replacements for these types of orders at our expense, using the same shipping method originally paid for by customer. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL ORDERS ORIGINALLY SHIPPED GROUND OR EQUIVALENT HAVE A CORRECTED/REPLACEMENT ORDER SHIPPED USING AN EXPEDITED METHOD (i.e. OVERNIGHT/AIR).

Damaged Shipments

Inspect all packages and contents immediately upon delivery!
Notify the driver immediately of any signs of damages. Carrier will request to inspect packages to determine the cause of the damage. They may inspect the package at the shipper's or receiver's site, and may collect the package for inspection. Please retain all packaging and materials for such inspections, and contact us to file a claim.
 
Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions.
