90" x 132" Rectangle Equinox Faux Burlap Tablecloth

I ordered three of these tablecloths for an upcoming show. The online ordering experience was good and the items arrived in a timely manner. They seem to be of excellent quality (very heavy, also!). Unfortunately, I didn't think I had time to order a swatch in advance, and the colour is much, much lighter than it appears on the website, and has a yellowish tone. (I work on a calibrated monitor, so this was quite a surprise to me.) I truly wish the faux burlap was available in deeper shades, or at least something akin to actual burlap. I would definitely advise anyone considering these to get a swatch ahead of time. They are really nothing like the picture. It would also be nice to see photos of the tablecloths on tables, instead of just a thumbnail closeup of a piece of fabric. I will have to make them work, I can't afford the time or expense to send them back, but I am pretty sad that they are so light in colour, especially once you factor in the exchange, shipping, duties & taxes...I wanted them to be perfect. Although tablecloths this size are difficult to find, it's not great value to order these from Canada.

We certainly strive to create a Polyester alternative to Jute that is close in appearance (as close as we can get with them being different fabrics). Even for our Jute, we receive batches of material that are lighter in shade, and batches that are darker in shade, so we try to pick something in between for our Equinox color. Between electronic resolutions and dye lot variances that occur during the dyeing of the fabric, we definitely recommend taking advantage of our free swatch samples to see the most current shade, in the most current batch of fabric that we have. I bought some real burlap tablecloths online and was extremely dissapointed in the quality. They stunk to high heaven and shed everywhere. I am so happy I purchased these to use instead. They hang beautifully and look wonderfull. Purchasing here is also slightly cheaper than renting. The only thing that would have made them better is if there would have been a choice for a darker 'burlap'. Still - I can make this color work and am honestly 100% satisfied.
