Can I look at your fabric in person before I place an order?
We highly recommend it! Because different monitor and browser settings can display colors differently we encourage you to request a free sample so that you can see the actual material first hand. The sample is free, and we also pay the postage!
Can I place my order over the phone?
For inventory management purposes, we request that all orders are placed on our website (online). If you have any questions about any of our products, we're here to help Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Eastern).
Can I pick my order up from you?
At this time, we do not offer in store pick-up.
Do you accept Purchase Orders?
If you are a government agency (state or federal), or an academic school/college/university, your order may be eligible for Net 15 Terms (payment is due within 15 days of receipt of all merchandise). Orders over $5,000.00 require a 50% deposit. For all other organizations, we offer pre-payment in which production and/or shipping occurs after our receipt of a check.
How long until I receive my order?
Most orders will ship within 4 business days, depending on the products ordered. Larger orders may have an additional production or handling time.
The actual delivery date depends on a variety of factors, including the shipping method chosen and the distance required for transit. For orders with a specific delivery due date, please contact us prior to placing your order.
What if I place my order using a shipping method such as Next Day Air / Overnight?
The shipping method that you choose only tells us how to ship your order when it's ready to go out. It has no bearing on made-to-order items with a production lead time.
For example, if you place an order on Monday choosing Next Day Air / Overnight, and it takes 2 business days for production, your order would ship on Wednesday (when production is finished) for delivery on Thursday.
We do our absolute best to work with you in order to meet your deadline, so please contact us prior to placing a rush order so that we can figure out the best (and least expensive) way to get it to you in time for your event.
How does your Free Shipping promotion work?
If your order is being delivered to an address within the contiguous United States, and the order subtotal is over $75.00, you'll have an option to choose FREE SHIPPING at checkout. For free shipping, we choose the carrier and method used, and transit times can be up to 10 business days once an order has shipped.
Do you ship to APO/FPO, or internationally?
We're happy to ship to APO/FPO addresses through the U.S. Postal Services (USPS). UPS and FedEx do not service APO/FPO addresses. Please note that the delivery time frame of packages to such addresses can vary widely, and we have no control over the handling period.
For international customers, at this time the only international country that we ship to is our friendly neighbors to the north: Canada.
I'm a non-profit. Any other discounts for me?
We salute non-profit organizations, but because our business model is based on offering the absolute best pricing up front to all of our customers (regardless of their affiliation), we are unable to offer further discounts.
However, we are proud to sell our Burlap products much lower than our competition, offer free shipping over $75.00 (contiguous U.S. only), and we also occasionally run sales.
I LOVE Burlap (obviously!)...but I also need linen in other materials. Can you help me?
